We purchase large quantities and often get volume discounts. At times we purchase goods from Europe, just like you we like to get the best price possible. Unlike retail stores we have very low overheads and are happy to make much less profit per sale.
However, just because we offer value doesn’t mean that we have poor service. We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days and will respond to email within 1 working day. Prefer to speak to someone, then we are happy to receive your call during office hours (even we need some time off).
That’s fine. Just give us a call or drop us an email and we will arrange a return. All we ask is that the item is returned unopened or damaged and in its original packaging

Warranties will depend on the product in question, many of the items will have 12 months guarantee but other items many be extended, if you have a question on a specific product please do not hesitate to contact us.
